Sloane is a browser extension and web application that uses artificial intelligence to identify products in video content. The Service allows users to discover, save, and purchase products spotted in videos they watch.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Sloane uses artificial intelligence to identify products in video content. While we strive for accuracy:

• Product identifications may not always be accurate or complete
• We do not guarantee the availability, pricing, or quality of any identified products
• Product links may direct you to third-party retailers over which we have no control
• We are not responsible for any purchases you make through affiliate links

6. Affiliate Links

The Service may include affiliate links to third-party retailers. When you click these links and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This helps us maintain and improve the Service.

All purchases through affiliate links are governed by the respective retailer's terms and conditions. We are not a party to any transaction between you and the retailer.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
